Editing a text path
You can edit the text path inserted into the document and its properties.
Editing the text
- Select the Selection Tool
on the Tool Palette.
- Choose one of the following methods.

- Double-click the text object on the Canvas and modify its properties, such as text, font type, size, the direction of the text in the Text Path dialog box.
- Select the text object on the Canvas and modify the properties, such as text, font type, size, the direction of the text in the Text tab of the Properties window.
Editing the path of the text path
- Select the Direct Selection Tool
on the Tool Palette.
- Click the anchor point of the path object you want to edit on the Canvas.
- Drag and drop the anchor point to the desired position and the text path is aligned along the modified path.
When a text path deviates from the contour of the text, a 
mark appears at the end of the contour.
