What is a sheet?
A sheet is a higher image element than a layer. A layer can contain many objects in it; a sheet can contain multiple layers.
In the Sheets tab of the Layers window, you can see the list of all the sheets in the document, add a new sheet, duplicate/remove sheets, or rename them.
