Specifying Fill and Stroke


You can specify the Fill and Stroke properties of an object with Color, Gradient, and Pattern.

Using the Fill/Stroke buttons on the Tool Palette

  1. Select the Selection Tool Namo WebCanvas icon toolpalette select Specifying Fill and Stroke on the Tool Palette.
  2. Specify the area to apply the Fill or Stroke properties.
    • To modify the Fill property, press the Fill button on the Tool Palette.
    • To modify the Stroke property, press the Stroke button on the Tool Palette.
  3. Press the Fill or Stroke drop-down button and choose among the Color/Gradient/Pattern tabs.

Namo WebCanvas reference Specifying Fill and Stroke Double-clicking the Fill/Stroke buttons prompts the Color Picker dialog box, which lets you edit the colors that you have applied more accurately.

Using the Swatches window

  1. Select the Selection Tool Namo WebCanvas icon toolpalette select Specifying Fill and Stroke on the Tool Palette.
  2. Select an object on the Canvas.
  3. Specify the area to apply the Fill or Stroke properties in the Swatches window.
    • To modify the Fill property, press Apply to Fill Namo WebCanvas icon swatch fill Specifying Fill and Stroke.
    • To modify the Stroke property, press Apply to Stroke Namo WebCanvas icon swatch stroke Specifying Fill and Stroke.
  4. Choose among the Color/Gradient/Pattern tabs in the Swatches window.
