What is Pattern?
Pattern is one of three types of coloring that you can apply to objects (color, gradient, and pattern) and is composed of bitmap images. You can select the pattern you want from the Pattern library, and add new patterns, or remove unnecessary patterns. As patterns are bitmap images, you cannot edit them using the dialog box, as you can with color and gradient.
Examples of applying patterns to objects
Patterns are registered in the Pattern tab of the Swatches window. Namo WebCanvas provides Default library and Gray library.

The Pattern library files are saved with the .ptn extension in the pattern folder under the WebCanvas 2006\lib\WebCanvas directory.
