Print Preview

Prints the current document. - Next Page
Shows the next page of the document, if the document cannot fit on one page. - Prev Page
Shows the previous page of the document, if the document cannot fit on one page. - Two Pages
Shows two pages of the document side by side, if the document cannot fit on one page. - Zoom In
Increases the magnification of the preview. - Zoom Out
Decreases the magnification of the preview. - Close
Closes the Print Preview window.
It’s always a good idea to check the Print Setup dialog box before you print, to make sure that print margins and other options are set correctly.
