Ungrouping objects
You can release a group composed of multiple objects.
- Select the Selection Tool
on the Tool Palette.
- Select a group object on the Canvas or at the Layers tab of the Layers window.
- Select the [Modify > Ungroup] menu command or click Ungroup
on the Object Toolbar.
- The objects that were grouped are released and all the single objects are displayed at the Layers tab of the Layers window.
