Grouping objects
You can group multiple objects to treat them as a single object.
- Select the Selection Tool
on the Tool Palette.
- Select the objects to be grouped on the Canvas while pressing the <Shift> key or at the Layers tab of the Layers window.
- Select the [Modify > Group] menu command or click Group
on the Object Toolbar.
- The selected objects are grouped and a new group object named ‘group’ is created in the Layers tab of the Layers window. The group object behaves as a single object when selected or resized.
