Moving an object
You can move the position of the object inserted onto the Canvas. You can refer to the coordinates of the object displayed on the right side of the Status Bar.
- Select the Selection Tool
or Direct Selection Tool 
on the Tool Palette.
- Select the object you want to move onto the Canvas.
- Choose one of the following methods.

- Drag the object to move and drop it to the desired the position on the Canvas.
- Select the [Modify > Transform > Move...] menu command and specify the X/Y coordinates of the object in the Move dialog box.
- Pressing the arrow keys moves the selected object by one pixel. Pressing the arrow keys while holding down the <Shift> key moves the selected object by 10 pixels.
- Modify X and Y values in the Transform tab of the Properties window.
