Creating a star


You can create a star with any desired shape and size using the Star Tool on the Tool Palette.

Using the mouse drag and drop method

  1. Select the Star Tool Namo WebCanvas icon toolpalette star Creating a star on the Tool Palette.
  2. Enter the number of Points and the values for the Inner Radius in the Tool Options. Inner Radius refers to the ratio between the outer radius and inner radius (in case you have selected ‘%’), or the length of the inner or outer radius (in case you have selected ‘pixel’).
  3. Place the mouse on the part of the Canvas where the center of the star is to be. Drag and drop the mouse to make a star of a desired size.

Using the Star dialog box

  1. Select the Star Tool Namo WebCanvas icon toolpalette star Creating a star on the Tool Palette.
  2. Click on the part of the Canvas where you wish to insert a star.
  3. In the Star dialog box. specify the length of the Outer Radius and the Inner Radius and the number of Points. To modify the position of the center, specify Center X and Center Y.
  4. Click OK. A new star is created.
