Deleting an object/multiple objects
You can delete unnecessary objects.
Deleting an object
- Select the Selection Tool
on the Tool Palette.
- Select the object you wish to delete. A dotted blue rectangle appears, indicating the area containing the objects to be deleted.

- Select the [Edit > Delete] menu command or simply press the <Del> key.
Deleting multiple objects
- Select the Selection Tool on the Tool Palette.
- Select two or more objects while holding down the <Shift> key while selecting the objects using the Selection Tool or select the Selection Tool on the Tool Palette and drag the mouse over the objects you want to delete. As you drag the mouse, a dotted black rectangle appears, indicating the area containing the objects to be deleted.
- Select the [Edit > Delete] menu command or simply press the <Del> key.
