Ruler Origin dialog box
[View > Ruler Origin Settings]
You can change the origin of rulers and the unit of measure for the rulers

Specifies the values for the starting horizontal positions, in terms of the distance in pixels from the top left corner of the Canvas. - Y
Specifies the values for the starting vertical positions, in terms of the distance in pixels from the top left corner of the Canvas. - unit
Specifies the unit of measure for the rulers. You can choose from the default pixels to centimeters or inches.
